This wasn't something I set out to read, I stumbled across is and since it's a quick read I found myself finishing it.
I'm finding it tough to rate, so I'm going to stick with the middle ground 3.
From a story/entertainment standpoint, it's not overly satisfying. When one of 54 suicidal girls survives a jump in front of an oncoming train, it's up to her best friend to pull her out of her depression before the cycle starts again. It's very dark and rather depressing.
From an artistry standpoint, I thought it was very well done. The illustration is dark and bleak, this worked for me in the sense that it reflected the overall mood of the story.
