The Android's Dream

The Android's Dream - John Scalzi, Wil Wheaton Audiobook Review

"Dirk Moeller didn't know if he could fart his way into a major diplomatic incident. But he was ready to find out."

The first sentence of this novel is pretty much the perfect set-up for what is to come. The Android's Dream is full of aliens and coincidences that are just plain weird - in a good way. The humor reminded me a lot of The Hitchhiker's Guide in the sense that it is quirky and you never really know what to expect.

In the midst of all this weirdness is a conspiracy theory years in the making that is bound to change the way the universe runs and some really fun (and idiotic) characters.

Wil Wheaton narrated this audiobook and, as always, it was great. It is a rather short audiobook, so I definitely recommend picking it up in this format if you have the option.
